Sensual  bodywork

*Sensual: An unstructured body rub that uses touch for an emotionally pleasing response. Strokes are typically light or moderate, and are not intended to be physically therapeutic. Typically, an atmosphere of relaxation is set through the use of candles and music. The practitioner often is unclothed as well as the client. Sensual body rubs may not specify climax as a goal. Instead, it is intended to indulge the client, to make him or her feel special and cared for. Often, full-body contact is utilized by the practitioner. Sensual body rubs are widely offered by untrained practitioners. The only structured, trademarked variety of Sensual body rubs is Body Electric, who trains therapists through their center in Oakland, California. This variety of sensual body rub is intended to promote positive self-image and acceptance of the body, and help to reattach a wholesome view of sexual energy within the body. Performed on undraped clients using creams or oils, on a table, bed, or floor.

Muscle worship: Is a form of body worship in which a participant, the worshiper, touches the muscles of another participant, the bodybuilder in arousing ways, which can include rubbing, massaging, oiling, etc.
Sometimes, the bodybulder uses his strength to pin a smaller worshiper, forcing the worshiper to praise his muscles, while in other cases, the worshiper simply feels and compliments the muscles of a flexing bodybuilder. These sessions offer fans a chance to meet and touch a muscular man in person.

*Swedish Massage: The term "Swedish Massage" refers to a variety of techniques specifically designed to relax muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles and bones, and rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. This form of massage was created at the turn of the century by Henry Peter Ling in Sweden. It involves the use of kneading, stroking, friction, tapping, and vibration and may provide relief from stiffness, numbness, pain, constipation, and other health problems.

The main purpose of Swedish massage is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. Other possible benefits include stimulation of circulation, an increase in muscle tone, and a balance of the musculo-skeletal systems. Swedish massage shortens recovery time from muscular strain by flushing the tissues of lactic acid, uric acid, and other metabolic wastes. It increases circulation without increasing heart load.

The usual sequence in which a swedish massage strokes are conducted are Effleurage, Petrissage, Friction, Vibration, Percussion, and finally passive and active movements (bending and stretching).
